🔁 When Can You Request a Return or Refund?

You may request a return or refund if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

  • The product does not match its description or is not working as expected

Note: We currently do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, color preferences, or accidental orders.


📦 How the Return Process Works

  1. Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Share clear images or videos showing the issue with the product.

  3. Once approved, ship the item back to our return address.

  4. After we receive and verify the product, the refund will be transferred to your bank account within 5-7 business days.


📬 How to Request a Return or Refund?

💸 How Will You Receive the Refund?

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • We will ask for your bank account details

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after return approval

  • Refunds will only be made to Indian bank accounts


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, broken, or tampered items

  • Items without original packaging or accessories


❗Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.

  • Return shipping cost must be covered by the customer, unless stated otherwise.

  • COD refunds are not made in cash – they are transferred to your bank account.
